Shipping, Return & Cancellation Policies
We ship all orders from warehouses located in Netherlands and Germany. We offer shipping worldwide via DHL or UPS Express Service and Postal Expedited Service.
All imported goods may be held for inspection at Custom Border Services. Bio Markt store will not be responsible for damaged and disposed products at Custom Border Services, including open seal products inspected by Custom Border Officers. No refund will be issued.
All Bulk Orders may qualify for DHL or UPS Express shipping. Orders may be subject to additional taxes and duty fees at import. No Loss Damage Insurance Coverage.
Small Orders qualify for Postal Expedited flat shipping rate. Orders may be subject to additional taxes and duty fees at import. No Loss Damage Insurance Coverage.
Bio Markt store is not responsible for all damages caused by transportation handling. E.g. dented, wet or damaged exterior packages/tin container/boxes.
All product damage related matters have to be communicated to us within 24 hours upon reception of the parcels. Bio Markt store will not process claims once the 24 hours has passed. All proofs and photos will be required.
We understand that when you make an order, you want your order as quickly as possible and we will do our best to make that happen! Most of the items we sell will take 1-3 days to process, occasionally it may take longer. We will always keep you updated on the status of your order.
Orders are typically shipped in a single box. In some cases we will split the order and ship items individually with surcharge fee if applicable. We utilize our best judgment in an attempt to get the products to you as quickly as possible.
A shipping confirmation email including carrier specific tracking information will typically be sent within 24 hours of an item shipping. For example, if you place an order Monday night and it ships out Tuesday morning, you will receive your tracking information either Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning.
The shipping rates are calculated by location and are quoted during checkout.
Shipping & Handling Fee
Shipping Handling Fee after the order is shipped, such as intercepts, address change may be subject to 30% order value service fee per shipment (this is simply passing along the fee billed to us by the carrier to make the change when in-transit).
Re-routing fee requested by customer is not our company's responsibility. Customers are fully responsible for the extra shipping charges and subject to 30% restocking fee policy.
Please note we are not responsible for damages caused by shipping and custom clearance.
Order Cancellation
If your order has not been processed and you decide to cancel your order within 8 hours after the order is placed, we will be happy to issue a refund on your order. Please note that there will be 10% non-refundable processing fee on the total value of your order (this is the credit card processing fee charged to our company when processing order payments/refunds).
Please note that all orders have to be cancelled within 8 hours of delay and not yet processed to receive full refund deducting 10% non-refundable processing fee. Otherwise, all orders are subject to administrative and restocking fee of 30% on total order value. Partial refund will be issued to your account upon reception of cancellation confirmation.
Backorders
We do not typically take back orders, however items in which a back order or pre-order is available will be clearly identified.
